RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Returns  

If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• be unused, unopened, and in their original condition;  

• be returned in the original packaging;  

• show no signs of use, testing, swatching, damage, or alteration.

Products protected with a hygiene or security seal cannot be returned once the seal has been opened or broken after delivery.

Returns that do not comply with this policy may be rejected.

Unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

2. Refunds  

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note:

• refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider;  

• funds may take several business days to appear in your account after processing;  

• we are unable to influence banking processing times.

3. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)    

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, customers residing within the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

However, pursuant to Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed cosmetic or hygiene-related products which were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must notify us within the 14-day withdrawal period.

Where withdrawal is valid:

• all payments received for the order, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding additional costs arising from upgraded or express shipping selected by the customer), will be refunded;  

• reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase;  

• refunds will be processed within the legally required timeframe after receiving the withdrawal notice and/or returned goods.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs where permitted by law.

4. International Returns     

International customers follow the same return procedure.

Please note that the following costs are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer:

• return shipping fees;  

• customs duties;  

• import taxes;  

• carrier or customs handling charges.

5. Non-Returnable Items / Exclusions    

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• opened, unsealed, tested, or used gel polishes, cosmetic products, or hygiene-related items due to health protection and safety reasons, unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied;  

• products returned damaged, altered, or without original packaging;  

• certain discounted or final sale items, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

These exclusions do not affect mandatory consumer rights under applicable laws.

This limitation does not apply to products that are defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrectly supplied.

6. How to Request a Return  

To request a return, please contact our support team and include:

• your order number;  

• the reason for the return;  

• photos of the item, if applicable.
